Mother Nature

Hail Mother Nature
Fantastic, kinetic crusader
Mistress extraordinaire
Here, there and everywhere
Like no other, under your spell

Touching, moving, affecting
None but that, which you create
With unstoppable hands
Gripping, pushing, turning
All that lay
Beneath your weight

Like a torrential river
Shaping, pulling
Spiralling into an ocean
Of ovum and seed
An ocean of existence
Nurtured, then neglected

Come, oh come, no more
Just be, nor, never not to be
Like the beauty, of a statue
Still, yet tactile
Solid, though fragile
Silent, yet expressive

Come, oh come, yes
Be this gentle Mother
Soft and warm
A protective blanket

Weightless
Moving to Freedom
Serenity
Giving way to Song
Gentleness
Glowing with Compassion

Mother Nature, Energy of Life
Let Us Be
Just like me, just like you
Just like all
Nature's Mothers!
